Design Inspiration

Forget Me Not is inspired by the forget-me-not flower, which serves as the symbol of Dementia awareness. The design was informed by valuable insights from the Castlemeadow Care team and depicts how memories are precious keepsakes and gifts of life. Creators Claire Cassie and Paul Mynard cleverly interpreted memories to create the many forget-me-nots that cover the sculpture from head to toe.
