We work alongside young people in and leaving care to help them build fulfilling, independent lives. They tell us what they need to thrive, and their voices guide every decision, because they are the experts in their own lives.

Leaving care can feel daunting, and without the right support, young people face higher risks of homelessness, unemployment, and mental health challenges. That’s why we care differently.

Our promise for all our young people is lifelong support: We’ll walk alongside them for however long they need, offering emotional guidance, practical life skills, safe housing, and access to education and employment.

A safe and supportive space to help young people understand their emotions, build resilience and develop healthy coping strategies.

Mentoring

Friendly one-to-one support from a volunteer mentor, offering guidance, encouragement and a listening ear when it’s needed.
