Careers in Suffolk

Work for us in Suffolk

Do you want to make a difference? Working at Break will mean you can help transform the lives of children and young adults across East Anglia.

We have a number of exciting opportunities to join our team in our newly established children's homes opening in Suffolk.

With a focus on providing complete wraparound care, the three new homes will be dedicated to nurturing and supporting a single young person who has faced extremely difficult life challenges, helping them rebuild their trust and achieve their full potential.

"It can be difficult to trust, but having someone around who wanted to make sure I was okay, and who would take me to the arcade or beach if I needed some time out, helped me to understand that there are people who care.”

Finn, 22 Break young person.

We are looking for individuals who will play a pivotal role in creating a safe and caring environment, offering them a place to call home; a place that will love them; a place where they can feel safe, and a place that will provide them with what they need to thrive.

In return, we offer pioneering trauma-informed training and emotional wellbeing support for all employees, along with several other benefits including free counselling service, flexible working and competitive salary.

“The great thing about Break is that we all work through a trauma-informed lens. So, as a team we are able to create a complete care package tailored just for that young person and their needs. Break understands that not one size fits all.”
