I don’t know where I would be without Becky, she makes me sit down and focus when I’m in a muddle. I wouldn’t have achieved what I have without her

Young person supported by our mentoring service

Mentoring

Our volunteer Mentors give their time to develop a non-judgemental and trusting relationship with a child or young person to help them  make positive changes.

We are recruiting!

We are looking to recruit new volunteer Mentors from across East Anglia.  Our Mentors come from all walks of life and spare a few hours every couple of weeks to support our young people on a one-to-one basis over a sustained period of time.  All our Mentors are fully trained and supported by our Mentoring Team.

As a Mentor you could support young people in a variety of settings including: Children in Care, Care Leavers, Therapeutic Foster Placements, Young Parents, Children with Disabilities and Young Carers, by doing things as simple as going to the park, or taking a trip to the cinema. Mentoring can make a very real difference to a vulnerable young person.
