Break provides, on behalf of Norfolk County Council, a four-bed, full-time home for disabled young people. They live with us but have regular contact with their families as we support them in gaining more independence and help prepare them to move on to adult services.

Trafalgar Lodge is a four-bed residential home, providing support for young people aged from eight to 18 with complex needs, including learning and physical disabilities.

Every young person is unique, with their own goals, aspirations and needs. In everything we do, our aim is to help our young people to fufill their potential. We strive to make Trafalgar Lodge a home. Our aim is to empower our young people to meet the challenges they will face and to lead lives which are full, rich and independeQuote2We work hard to build positive, trusting relationships with the young people and their families. We have a diverse mix of male and female staff, who introduce new experiences and opportunities. We believe that these things help to build confidence and self esteem and create a fun, exciting and loving in which the young people can flourish.
