Will you take part in a #MyBreak50 challenge?

In 2018, we celebrate our 50th anniversary, 50 years changing the lives of vulnerable children and young people across East Anglia.

To celebrate our 50th Anniversary, we are calling on YOU, all our wonderful individual, corporate and community supporters to join us in taking part in the ‘My Break 50 Challenge’.  This can be any challenge you want it to be.  Some wonderful ideas for challenges to do individually or as part of a group could be:

  • Giving up alcohol for 50 days

  • Reading 50 books

  • Walking 50 miles across Norfolk

  • Running 50k in five 10k runs

  • Baking 50 cakes and having a cake sale

  • Donating 50 things to a Break charity shops

Challenge Events

To celebrate Break at 50, why not tick something off your ‘Bucket List’, either individually or as part of a team, for Break and take a once in a lifetime challenge, this could be tackling the 3 Peaks or even a Skydive as your Break 50 challenge. 

Be Active Challenge 50 Day

New for 2018, you can take our Be Active 50 Day Challenge and run, walk, cycle or swim your chosen distance over 50 days.
