Stody Cross Country 2010
Over 100 people turned on one of the wettest mornings of the year so far to take part in the Break Hunny Bell Cross Country 2010! Once again participants commented on the fantastic course over Stody Estate, near Holt in Norfolk which challenged even the most experinced runner.
With sponsorship still coming in, it looks like we will have raised in the region of £2,000 from the day - congratulations everyone for taking part and raising money!

Snowdon Horseshoe Challenge 2009
On Saturday 12 September 18 climbers took on the Snowdon Horseshoe Challenge. We set off from Rhyd Ddu around 9am taking the Ranger Path up to the summit. We then split into 2 groups the first climbing up to Garnedd Ugain and the second taking on the extremely tough Liwedd, towering in the shadow of Snowdon. We took the path down into valley and back up Snowdon, taking the Rhyd Ddu Path into Rhyd Ddu and stopping for well earned drink in the Cwellwyn Arms, who were extremely good host's.
A big well done to all involved.
